A freedom rights street fair held annually that celebrates the past history of the now hipster Old Fourth Ward neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia. This is the same neighborhood where Martin Luther King Jr. grew up, preached, and led the drive for civil rights. This fair is for the dreamers.
